Included in the rate is a full hot buffet breakfast where you can make your own waffles and other delicacies. In addition, the smoke free hotel (large smoking patio just out front) offers high speed wireless internet, a fitness room, free local calls, and 32 inch LCD televisions with Multi Media Cyber Cast available. FROM AIRPORT: Follow signs to Airport/Dixon Rd. At lights, turn left and follow to Hotel - 1KM.

FROM HWY 401 Eastbound: Exit Hwy 427 North. Exit at Dixon Rd. Turn left at lights and travel to Hotel - 2KM from lights.

FROM HWY 401 Westbound: Exit onto 409 East. Follow signs to airport. Merge right onto Airport Road. Hotel is on the right hand side, about 0.5KM

Shuttle service to the airport is on the hour and pickup from the airport is on demand.

Hi Tim, I am so sorry about the tight parking!!!! The storm Toronto received July 8th took out alot of our parking spaces, many rooms were destroyed and large garbage bins have taken over parking spaces. We"re getting them back now. The hotel experience was not up to par with other," Park, Sleep, and Fly" expriences. Front desk seemed annoyed. Shower was ice cold. Shuttle driver, Caesar, was awesome, and included breakfast was decent.

Took over 2 hours to get a fridge in the room. This was needed for medication, I just kept getting the run around. There was a huge storm that night so the parking lot was full, I had no where to park. The front desk woman was giving me attitude when I said I can't find a spot to park. She said "Maam' look outside do you see the rain"

Overall decent experience. Arrived at shortly after 10pm after a long drive. To find a couple things dissapointing. 1) there wasnt any food available at the hotel that was available i had to drive AGAIN to get food when all i wanted to do was rest prior to my early AM flight. 2) there was no parking available i had to litterally circle the lot for nearly 15 minutes when i finally gave up and had to double park. (frustrating on an empty stomach and after a long drive. Than had to go out and eat and do the parking thing again. 3) A/c Unit was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Hi Jonathan, First thank you for the positive so happy the shuttle came so quick. The restaurant is rented out not sure why it was closed it;s open always till midnight, I will ind out. The parking was difficult because of the 2 bad storms Toronto got, it destroyed 20 of our spaces which we now have fixed. This hotel is very convenient for the airport and the shuttle is excellent. Takes all the hassles away. Have stayed here before and will continue to use the hotel and shuttle service in the future for airport use. The hotel itself is clean and provides excellent service.

quite good except we are in 80's and given a room on the 2nd floor we would never have made all those stairs our daughter and son in law had a ground floor so we just traded

The accomodations were fine. We didn't appreciate that when we returned from our trip the shuttle that was promised by the shuttle driver Cesear was not available to us. We called for the shuttle as instructed and when we called the hotel we were informed they were short staffed and did not know when we would be getting picked up. We had to spend $25.00 on a taxi to get us to our vehicle....not impressed!

Our recent visit to this hotel was hands down our worst experience at a hotel to date. When we arrived to check-in we were given keys to our two rooms at the front desk. Upon arriving and entering the rooms, we realized that the rooms were in fact still occupied by other guests! The one room had 6 pieces of luggage in it. I'm sure the occupants of these rooms would have been less than impressed if they had known that other guests had been given keys to their rooms where there luggage and personal items were supposedly secured. The beds and rooms themselves were unimpressive but frankly we weren't expecting much. When we pointed out that there were hairs in the sink (this was in our new room) the lady simply took a damp paper towel and wiped them out. I doubt that the bathroom was cleaned at all before we occupied the room. The breakfast the next morning before our flight was poor at best and we wound up throwing it out and getting something at the airport. Upon our return from our trip, we called for the shuttle as we were advised to do. We were told that it would take 15 minutes to arrive. After 30 minutes and no shuttle we called the hotel back. They stated that they had already been to the airport twice since our call and could not understand how we were not picked up. They assured us that the shuttle would be right over (the hotel is no more than 5 minutes away). After yet another phone call and an additional 15 minutes, the shuttle finally pick up other guests that had called in. When we asked the shuttle driver how he missed us the two previous occasions he was at the airport, he responded that he only just got a call to go to the airport (for the other couple) and he didn't know what the person at the hotel was talking about. In other words, the woman on the phone at the hotel lied to us. We went to the front desk to complain about the service when we finally got back and the woman at the front desk proceeded to interrupt me to answer the phone and leave me waiting yet again. When she got off the phone she advised me that there was no one there that could deal with a complaint and gave me a business card to call a manager another day. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.
